Linen Alley stands behind our products and wants you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased online at LinenAlley.com.

  • Linen Alley accepts new, unused and undamaged items in their original packaging back when purchased online within 21 days from the date of shipment.
  • Each return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Authorization form is included with all shipments.
  • Returns received by Linen Alley without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please contact us if you have lost your RMA packing slip.
  • Returned products must be in or with original packaging and in resellable condition. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents Linen Alley from reselling the product.
  • Returns on laundered, monogrammed, or any special order and/or custom items will not be accepted under any condition.
  • All sales final on custom orders including cut fabric yardage.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Linen Alley will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse. *USPS does not ship to our physical address, please call for our PO Box if shipping via USPS.

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Linen Alley reserves the right to inspect and return product to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back to the customer with a letter stating our reason for your denied claim.

Once your return is received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within 30 days.

Refunds within the 30 days will be credited back in the original form of payment. Note: Shipping and/or other applicable charges will not be refunded.

Any returns received after the 30 days from shipment will receive a credit in the form of an online gift coupon redeemable only at LinenAlley.com. The gift coupon code will expire one year from the date of issue.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
